The place is super clean, and the staff here are really sweet and ready to lend a hand. Definitely aim for a room that fits four people and has air conditioning - it's worth it! 🌬️.

The location of the property was great as we were close enough to copper canyon, the Adventure Park at the canyon and a `` cave ''. It also was in the nearby forest.
Well, Wi-Fi was very spotty.

All good — we truly enjoyed this family-run hotel — the food was DELICIOUS and the staff were superbly friendly and amazingly nice. The property had a favourable and great location in the nearby forest. Besides, it was not far from the park, market, train station and the adventure park which is hitchhiking in pickup trucks.
Unfortunately Wi-Fi was very spotty.

I got great value for my money at this cozy hotel. The room was simple yet comfortable, and the location was perfect with beautiful views of the nearby forest. The staff treated me like family, making my stay even more enjoyable.
The breakfast selection could have been more generous, but there are plenty of other restaurants nearby to explore.

As bike riders, we loved the proximity of Cabanas Los Portales to local hiking trails and the breathtaking views from Divisadero. the family running the hotel provided helpful information and gave us a thorough tour of the area. the rooms were clean and cozy.

The owners were incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The food was delicious and reasonably priced, with options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The room and common areas were spotlessly clean, and we appreciated the convenience store across the street. The shuttle service to and from the train station was a nice touch, and the reasonably priced tours offered by the hotel were a great way to explore the area. We loved the 2 hour horseback ride, it was definitely the highlight of our trip. The wifi was available for a small fee in the common areas, and we were pleasantly surprised to have cell service in our room. The heater worked GREAT for the cold nights, and the breakfast and other meals were simple but tasty. Even in the off-season, there were a few open restaurants nearby for dining options. we felt like part of the family at this small, friendly establishment. Don't hesitate to book one of the six rooms available!
